Finding the BEAR PAW CABIN on the RIVER is a breeze......

From Loveland/Ft. Collins:
• From I-25 take Hwy 34 West into Loveland

• Continue through Loveland on Hwy 34 into the Big Thompson Canyon toward Estes Park, approx. 27 miles.

• We are at mile marker 66 on your right across the river.

• Take a right onto the white wooden bridge over the river, turn right and down 3 cabins.

From Denver/Longmont/Lyons:
• Take I-25 north (toward Ft. Collins/Cheyenne,WY)

• Take exit 243 or Hwy 66 to Longmont & then Lyons

• Turn right on Hwy 36 in Lyons continue into Estes Park (20 mi.)

• At 2nd stoplight in Estes (Hwy 36/34 intersection & McDonald's) turn right onto Hwy 34 heading east.

• We are 3 miles from that intersection, you will drive past several motels, then Lake Estes & Ride a Cart on your right. Proceed down the Big Thompson Canyon on Hwy 34, past Whispering Pines resort, over the new bridge and to the next big curve.

• We are located on your left, midway into the curve, over the white bridge, turn right and down three cabins.

POLICIES:
• Full payment due One (1) month in advance of stay-we prefer personal checks.
We require a downpayment to get your stay on our calendar.
• SAFE Credit Card payment accepted by PayPal transaction we initiate (3.5% fee on total)
• Cancellation Terms: 100% Refund of downpayment on & up to 30 days prior to arrival date (less any PP fee)
• 75% Refund on total stay 16-29 days prior to arrival date (less any PP fee)
• 50% Refund on total stay if cancelled 15 days prior to arrival date. No Refund if cancelled after 15 days.
• 4 people MAX.
• Cabin has no maid service during stays - Replacement towels and linens on second week stays.
• Check in by 2:00 P.M.
• Check out by 10:00 A.M.
• Our cabin is non-smoking, you are welcome to smoke outside –THANKS!
